In order to the design response the block is crafted along the vertical and horizontal axis carving interactive spaces and uninterrupted framed visuals of the changing landscapes.
The strategized planning, designs openness to the house, yet diversifying the zones with levels, enabling a sustainable approach to maximize natural light and ventilation through the house thus keeping the house cooler than the outside. Use of local stone cladding articulates the intention to emphasize the surfaces and modulate the heat transmitting from the southern surface.
Strong design elements; Slender Columns, an 8 feet curved Cantilevered Roof, water body, balconies and double height volume interacts with all the living spaces at every level and highlights the volumes and voids to balance the mass.
